What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
It depends on the product and process. Most categories — stickers, magnets, keychains, pins and drinkware — start around 50–100 pieces, and apparel from 50 per design. Tell us what you want to make and we'll quote your exact MOQ — no minimums hidden in fine print.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?+
Yes — we actually recommend it. We make a sample first so you can approve the quality and print, then start bulk production. The sample cost is credited back to you when you place the bulk order.
How long does production and delivery take?+
Samples usually take 5–10 working days. After you approve, bulk production takes around 15–30 days, then 3–7 days by express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) or 20–35 days by sea. We confirm exact timelines in your quote and keep you updated at every milestone.
How do I know the quality will be good?+
Three safeguards: you approve a sample first, we send photo/video reports during production, and every order passes a pre-shipment QC check before it leaves. If anything doesn't match the approved sample, we remake it — on us.
What file formats can I upload for my artwork?+
AI, PDF, SVG, PNG or PSD at 300dpi work best. No print-ready file yet? Send a rough sketch, a photo, or even a link to the idea — our design team will help you turn it into production files at no extra charge.
How do payments work? Is it safe?+
Simple and protected: 30% deposit to start production, then the balance before shipment — paid by bank transfer (T/T), PayPal or Wise. Every order comes with a formal quotation and a production contract, so there are no surprises.
